I was really hoping, after reading the reviews, to be blown away by this place, but really it was very "Meh"... Anyways, met a friend for lunch and ordered a small pizza, which they were able to make a half and half pizza, meat for me veggies for my friend! The meat and cheese was good, but the dough was kinda bland, which I expected much more since all the reviewers raved about the dough... The atmosphere is ok, it is a bit small inside, and the whole counter ordering area is a bit weird, though I guess the pizza place I like much more in FoCo has something similar, but it is much more open... Oh well... Try it if you want, but know there are MUCH better pizza joints in town!

Vegetables were fresh. Crust like wonder bread. Flavors not good. Service was excellent.

Great pizza for fair prices! I eat slices for lunch and then I'm satisfied to go on with my day.

We stopped by this place for dinner upon the recommendation of friends while visiting Fort Collins. We were very happy with our experience. They have a great variety of toppings and combinations. They also allow you to pick your own crust, which is a nice change in pace to a regular pizza restaurant. The choices were original, poppy seed, and italian herb; we chose the later two. We started with their garlic bread and marinara sauce. The garlic bread had fresh garlic and green herbs, it was very tasty and a delicious opener for our meal. Their marinara sauce had excellent flavor. Their special of the night was purchase an appetizer and large pizza, and get a pitcher (normally $10) for half price! So we shared a pitcher of O'Dells 90 Shillings for $5! Can't beat that. For our pizzas, our table of 4 ordered one large supreme pizza, the Omnivore, with poppy seed crust and one large Pesto Chnage-O with herb crust. They were both delicious! The Omnivore was PILED high with toppings, it required a fork! It had the perfect balance of sauce and cheese, and the crust was good too. The Pesto Change-O was surprisingly my favorite. It had slivered almonds on the top, and it provided a great crunch and textural component. The prices were reasonable too, about $17 for a large pizza of 8 slices, and generous toppings.

As I've said before it's tough to find good pizza. But Cozzolas has a place in my stomach for life! I love pizza and the two times we've ate here it has been the freshest pizza I've tasted. You could tell the vegetables were freshly cut and had never been frozen..obviously they do something right if they've won the best pizza for at least 14-15 years in a row now in Fort Collins. Even the sauce for the garlic bread was sweet and perfect. I had thought I've had good pizza and fresh ingredients but I was wrong until now. They also have a good selection of bottled beer as well and are very reasonably priced.

I love Fort Collins. I really, really do. It's such a unique city with a small town feel, but close to Denver and surrounding adventures. Whenever The Husband and I head on down to Denver for a date, I'm immediately reminded of how awesome our quaint, cute, family-friendly city is up here. There are so many things to love about Fort Collins, things that make us special and unlike any other city in Colorado. When it comes to pizza, everyone is always quick to adore their favorite New York-style, Chicago-style or Italian-style pizzerias. I think it's time we show some love for the Fort Collins-style pizza at Cozzola's. It's not thin crust, it's not deep dish, it's not Colorado-style (close, but better) - it's a style all of it's own - thick and piled high with some of the most creative doughs, sauces and flavor combinations out there. I feel like it's a pizza-lover's heaven (if you can let go of regional loyalties). Cozzola's has been a Fort Collins favorite since 1987. With two locations - the original in Old Town on Linden Street, and the south location on Oakridge established in 2000, owners Dave Cozzola and Norm Keally have won awards for their unique pizzas for over 14 years. Focusing on quality ingredients - just like everyone else in town - they step it up a notch and take it to the next level. There is no use of refined sugars in the dough or sauces (or anywhere), only nectar, honey or molasses sweeteners. They also use Stone Ground Whole Wheat flour in their crusts, and offer a vegan cheese option with the use of Daiya cheese. I'm not easily impressed with pizza options here in Fort Collins, and the re-creation of regional favorites. However, I am impressed with Cozzola's and their unique Fort Collins pizza. I think it's something that makes me love our city more than I did before.

A nice little place to go for stromboli or pizza. Set in the downtown area, Cozzola's has a great and simple menu. I got deathly ill after our visit though, so I'm willing to give it another try later. It's really a nice, small, quiet place for college students to grab a slice. This place was recommended to me by a local. It is also one of his family's favorites. I have to say it will not be a favorite, but a possible alternative to those packed places on the main drag.

We love Cozzola's. It's a cozy little place that has great pizza (their crust is perfect, in my opinion), good service, and a decent selection of beer. They also offer the best vegan cheese (Daiya) as an option, which is fantastic. We get their veggie pizza with poppy seed crust and Daiya all washed down with a cold Fat Tire. Makes for a fun date! They do close early for an Old Town restaurant, so plan on an earlier dinner if you want to hit up Cozzola's!

I love the different kinds of pizza crusts they have here and other pizza varieties that you don't see at most pizza joints. One of my favorite pizza places in town.

Haven't been here before but it sounded good. The pizza and cheese bread were really good. The service was beyond good. Quite reasonable for the amount of food we got. I don't know if it'd be the same if the place were packed (there was us and one other table) but I'm more than happy to go back.

Delicious pizza with great prices for what you get! The pizza is perfectly crispy without being burnt. This is one of our favorite places to go for pizza!

Yuck. Normally, I reserve extreme judgement until I've given a place a second chance, but there were so many things wrong with this pizza, I know it cant be just a bad experience. It looked and tasted like the nasty school cafeteria pizzas from back in grade school. The cheese was government issued, the sauce non-existent (even though I paid extra for extra sauce), there were TWO pieces of chicken on the whole pizza, the crust seemed old and stale etc. My wife and I couldnt even eat a whole sloce, it all went in the garbage. 22 bucks down the drain. I called to complain and the manager gave me a robotic apology and offered a replacement pizza, but I said NO THANKS!

First time up to Fort Collins for New Westfest and the stage was right next to Cozzola's. From the second me and my mom walked past it we knew we had to get it because it smelled amazing! The pizza itself was delicious and you could tell it was fresh out of the oven. I loved the crust and they make the sauce so it's not over bearing which is amazing to me. The wait wasn't long at all, just felt like it because we were super hungry! The staff was super friendly and I liked how all of it was setup.
